typotherapy
Nadia Molinari is an Italian born photographer based in Toronto. A celebrated photographer, her works spans the worlds of editorial, advertising, and commercial photography. Nadia dedicates herself to producing captivating images whether it is people, product, on location or in the studio.
typotherapy designed a new integrated brand identity that included a customized logotype, business cards, website and an interchangeable promotional package. The intent was to create a vivid colour palette that could be applied to various applications and acts as an anchor to an otherwise simple and clean logotype. The promotional package consisted of a custom die-cut outer case that unfolds to reveal a five panel accordion booklet of Molinari’s images. The website design was inspired by the die-cut shape of the promotional package and capitalized on the captivating imagery of her photography. Finally, the logotype was carried out to business cards that also took its influences from the vivid colour palette and custom die-cut shape.
A unique brand identity, led by vivid colour and high-quality imagery telling a powerful story of Molinari’s work proved to be spot on for winning the attention of busy design studios and advertising agencies.
